PGA for Manufacturing Customers Purchased gas adjustment factor. On a customer's bill this is broken out as Purchased Gas Adjustment and Firm Adjustment. The summation of the two is what is depicted in column two above. This factor is used when calculating a customer's bill under his current firm rate. It does not apply to Interruptible or Transportation rates. Manufacturers are not subject to the State Gross Receipts Tax (SGRT). |
